Live Streaming of Council Meetings
Background
During Public Question Time at the June 2021 Ordinary Council Meeting the President of DBRRA, Brad Fowler, asked if Council would consider livestreaming of meetings. This was due to the COVID pandemic, in conjunction with enabling all residents and ratepayers within the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup to attend meetings allowing everyone to be informed.
DBRRA Motion
At the Annual Electors General Meeting in April 2022 the President of DBRRA moved a Motion for Council to livestream meetings. The May 2022 Ordinary Council Meeting, saw Councilor's voting to commence livestreaming meetings by the September 2022 Ordinary Council Meeting.

The October meeting 26.10.2022 starting at 5pm will include the following.
• Application for Development Approval – Proposed Public Artwork Installation – Donnybrook Town Centre Ablutions.
• Accounts for payment.
• Monthly Financial Reports for August and September.
• Budget Amendment Requests.
Confidential Items – these are items which will be closed to the public
